Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data collected and processed by the YEBELA App at any time. This includes but is not limited to personal information, usage data, and any other data stored by YEBELA App .

3. How to Request Data Deletion

Users can request the deletion of their data by following these steps:

Submit a Request: Users must submit a data deletion request via the YEBELA App or by contacting our support team at support@yebelardc.com

Verification: Upon receiving the request, YEBELA App will verify the user's identity to ensure the authenticity of the request. This may involve confirming account details or other verification methods.

Processing the Request: Once verified, YEBELA App will process the data deletion request within 30 days.

4. Data Deletion Process

Upon successful verification of the user's identity, the following steps will be taken:

Deletion of Data: All personal data associated with the user's account will be permanently deleted from our databases. This includes user profiles, geolocation data, interactions, and any other personal information.

Notification: The user will receive a confirmation email once the data deletion process is complete.

5. Data Retention Exceptions

Certain data may be retained for a limited period due to legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. This includes:

Legal Compliance: Data necessary to comply with legal obligations may be retained.

Dispute Resolution: Data required for resolving disputes or enforcing agreements will be retained until the issue is resolved.

Deleting user data will result in the following:

Account Termination: The user's account will be permanently deleted, and access to the YEBELA App will be terminated.

Service Disruption: Any services linked to the user's account will be discontinued.

Child Safety & Protection Standards

YEBELA is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users, with special emphasis on protecting children from exploitation and abuse. This policy applies to YEBELA and all related services and platforms operated by YEBELA. 


 

01 Zero Tolerance for CSAE

YEBELA maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all its forms. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — production, possession, or distribution
  • Grooming, solicitation, or enticement of minors
  • Sexual exploitation or trafficking of children
  • Any content, behavior, or communication that sexualizes minors
  • Attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with children online

Any user found engaging in such conduct will have their account immediately suspended and the matter referred to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.


 

02 Prohibited Content & Conduct

Users of YEBELA are strictly prohibited from:

  • Uploading, sharing, or distributing any CSAE-related content
  • Using the app to contact, solicit, or exploit minors
  • Misrepresenting age or identity to interact with minors
  • Circumventing age verification or parental controls
  • Facilitating or coordinating CSAE-related activities through the platform



03 Reporting & Enforcement

YEBELA actively monitors YEBELA for policy violations. When a violation involving CSAE is identified:

  • The account is immediately suspended pending investigation
  • Evidence is preserved and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline where required by law
  • Relevant information is disclosed to law enforcement upon lawful request
  • Content is permanently removed from the platform

 


04 User Reporting

We encourage all users to report any content or behavior that may violate this policy. Reports can be submitted directly through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us at the email address below. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality.

You may also report child sexual exploitation directly to NCMEC at www.cybertipline.org or by calling 1-800-843-5678.


 

05 Age Verification & Parental Controls

YEBELA complies with applicable laws regarding the collection of data from children, including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and applicable regional equivalents. Where age-gating features or parental controls are available, we encourage their use to provide additional protection for younger users.


 

06 Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in law, platform features, or best practices. Continued use of YEBELA after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage users to review this page regularly.
